Health & Harmony, a global therapies fair is an exciting new addition to BlueFire Street Fest. It will bring together a host of global treatments and therapies and will showcase a range of holistic and alternative treatments, techniques and products that have been central to health and wellbeing for generations from all over the world. We invite you to enjoy soothing treatments and rejuvenating therapies with an array of therapists and practitioners who will demonstrate and explain their unique properties and offer sample treatments.
The programme will include Yoga Workshops, a talk on Ayurvedic Medicine and its benefits, a Shamanic Wellness session, a Meditation talk and practice, as well a mini treatments including Indian Head Massage, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) Massage and Emotional Freedom Technique.

This unique dining experience will offer you a selection of delicious vegan dishes hot and cold for you to create your own Buddha Bowl. In theme with UN International Peace Day the food on offer will be nourishing food which will be good for the body and the mind.
Kale +Coco will collaborate with chef Sharon Hearne Smith to create some zingy dressing with doTerra essential oils and SynerChi Kombucha will sponsor your drink for the evening - certified organic, naturally free from dairy, gluten and soy. And a sweet treat will be served on the night courtesy of Third Space.
The evening will begin with an introduction from your hosts Rebecca & Jenny (Kale +Coco) and Sharon Hearne Smith (doTerra) and they will engage you in a conversation around food for living and share tips on how you can create a conscious eating culture and to fuel yourself in a balanced and healthy way so that you can continue pursuing your dreams with a smile.

MEET OUR SPEAKERS
Diarmaid Mulcahy, entrepreneur, business mentor, business advisor and complementary health advocate and practitioner. Chairman for Council for the West and former Chair of the Green Party's National Council, recent Independent Election Candidate for midlands northwest in the European Parliament elections. Former Chairman of Irish Salmon Grower's Association and Member of IFA National Executive. Former Chair of Galway Community Forum and Chair of National FORA Chair's Network. Former member of the Western Development Commission. Diarmaid holds degrees in both Science and Business Administration and is qualified in a number of complementary health modalities and is a certified Heartfulness Trainer and will bring a wealth of knowledge and information during his presentations.
Sharon Hearne-Smith is a food stylist, TV cook and busy mum to two young girls, Pearl and Poppy. She is also a cookbook author with two titles to her name, No-Bake Baking and The No-Cook Cookbook.
Another string to her many bows, includes teaching people how to use essential oils to improve their health, home and their cooking.
